Shopezy.ae is committed to giving customers a safe and reliable online shopping experience. Because we deal with genuine electronics sourced from authorized UAE suppliers, our return policy is designed to protect customers from defects while preventing misuse or resale of opened items. We aim for clarity, fairness, and full transparency in every return request.

Return Eligibility

Shopezy accepts returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, but only for products that are completely unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must remain untouched. Any product showing signs of opening, handling, or tampering will not be accepted. Returns are accepted only if the item is in brand-new, resellable condition.

No Open-Box Returns

Once a product box is opened, it cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective and is supported by a proper unboxing video. Opened electronics cannot be resold as new, and therefore we strictly do not accept open-box or used-item returns. This is a standard policy across major UAE electronics retailers.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a clear, continuous unboxing video is required. The video must start before opening the courier package, show the full outer box, and capture the opening process without cuts. The product, accessories, and reported issue must be clearly visible. Without an uncut video, opened-product returns cannot be processed. This protects both the customer and Shopezy from fraudulent claims.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or resale restrictions. These include opened electronics, missing-accessory items, damaged packaging, tampered serial numbers or IMEI labels, personal care electronics once unsealed, and consumables such as cables, chargers, batteries, screen protectors, covers, and similar accessories. Products damaged due to misuse or liquid exposure are not eligible. Any request made after the 7-day period will also be declined.

How to Request a Return

Customers must contact Shopezy within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with their order number and reason for return. If the product is unopened, a photo of the sealed box is required. If the product is defective, the unboxing video must be provided. After reviewing the request, Shopezy will confirm whether the item qualifies for return. Approved items can be dropped off at our office or returned via courier (return charges may apply).

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit. Refunds are completed within 3–7 business days after the return is inspected and approved. Shipping fees, delivery charges, and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Shopezy.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If a customer receives the wrong item, a damaged product, or a unit with a manufacturing defect, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must remain in its original packaging until reviewed. With proper unboxing video proof, Shopezy will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability. Claims made without video proof or after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

Every returned item undergoes a detailed inspection to verify seal condition, accessories, IMEI/serial numbers, and reported issues. Shopezy reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions or show signs of tampering, usage, or mismatched information. Approval is based strictly on the inspection report.

Why This Policy Is Necessary

Shopezy works with authorized UAE distributors and major brands, and most products are high-value electronics. Once opened, these items cannot be sold as new, which results in financial loss. To maintain genuine quality and fair pricing for all customers, we follow strict return guidelines similar to major UAE retailers such as Sharaf DG, Jumbo, and Virgin Megastore.
