Shopezy.ae is committed to providing clear, reliable, and transparent delivery information for all customers in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled, so every customer knows what to expect before placing an order.
Delivery Coverage
Shopezy delivers to all emirates across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Delivery Time
Order processing begins once payment or COD confirmation is received. Processing and dispatch may take 1–2 working days depending on product availability and courier schedules.
Standard delivery time across the UAE typically ranges from 1 to 3 working days. Deliveries may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or due to courier delays. Customers will be notified if additional time is required for any order.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and may vary based on location, courier, and order value. Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount when applicable. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include additional service charges depending on the courier partner.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, customers receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Our team verifies stock availability, prepares the item, and schedules dispatch with a courier partner. Orders placed outside working hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking & Updates
Once dispatched, customers may receive a tracking number or delivery update from the courier. Delivery schedules and times are managed by the courier, and Shopezy will assist with updates if needed.
Packaging & Handling
All products are packed securely to protect against transit damage. Before dispatch, each item is inspected to ensure correct product, model, and packaging condition.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
COD is available for most UAE locations. Customers must be reachable via phone for COD confirmation. Failure to confirm COD orders may result in cancellation. Rejected or fake COD orders harm business and may lead to account restrictions or future COD blocking. Exact amount must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to Shopezy. Re-delivery or re-shipping may incur additional fees. Unreachable numbers, incorrect addresses, or customer refusal may result in cancellation of the order.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or failed deliveries. Shopezy is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address information.
Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier backlog, public holidays, or unexpected issues. Shopezy will assist with tracking and follow-up but cannot guarantee exact delivery timings.
Damaged or Missing Items in Delivery
Customers must inspect the package upon receiving it. If a package appears tampered or damaged, the customer should record a video, take photos, and contact support immediately. Claims without clear proof may not be accepted, as courier insurance requires evidence.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and standard return rules apply.
