Warranty Coverage

All products sold on Shopezy.ae are covered under official UAE manufacturer or distributor warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and follows the terms and duration defined by each brand. The warranty period starts from the invoice date and generally ranges from 6 to 12 months depending on the product category. Some brands may offer international warranty, which can be confirmed prior to purchase.

What Warranty Covers

Warranty covers issues related to manufacturing defects, internal component failures, electronic malfunctions, and hardware issues that occur during normal usage. Repairs and replacements are carried out only by authorized service centers using genuine parts as per brand policy.

What Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water or liquid exposure, unauthorized repair attempts, software modification, rooting/jailbreaking, or any attempt to alter serial/IMEI labels. Consumable items such as batteries, cables, and accessories may not be covered unless stated by the brand. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, discoloration, and wear from normal use is not covered. Products without valid purchase proof or with tampered serial numbers are not eligible for warranty.

How Warranty Works

Customers must keep their invoice or order confirmation, as warranty service cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase. If you experience a product issue, contact Shopezy support with photos or videos showing the defect. Our team will verify the issue and confirm eligibility. Once approved, the product will need to be dropped off at our office or scheduled for pickup (charges may apply). Shopezy will then coordinate the warranty claim with the authorized distributor or service center on behalf of the customer.

Warranty Processing Through Shopezy

Most warranty claims in the UAE cannot be handled directly by customers due to brand restrictions or service-center procedures. Therefore, Shopezy manages this process end to end. After receiving the product, we submit it to the corresponding authorized service provider and follow up until the claim is completed. All repair and replacement decisions are made strictly by the brand or distributor, based on their technical inspection and warranty rules. Shopezy will keep customers informed throughout the process.

Turnaround Time

Warranty processing time depends on the brand, the nature of the defect, and parts availability. On average, service centers may take between 7 to 21 working days. Shopezy cannot guarantee or influence the speed of repairs but ensures continuous follow-up until the claim is completed.

Pickup & Delivery Support

If a customer is unable to visit our office to hand over the product for warranty, Shopezy can help arrange courier pickup and return for a nominal service fee. Products must be securely packed before collection. Shopezy is not responsible for data loss, resets, or formatting done by service centers during repair.

Important Conditions

Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Shopezy.ae and only to the original buyer. Warranty becomes void if the product has missing serial numbers, removed IMEI labels, or signs of tampering. Once a device is submitted for warranty, refunds or exchanges are no longer applicable. Customers must back up all personal data before submitting devices, as service centers may perform full resets.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If a product is out of warranty or the issue is not covered, Shopezy can help arrange paid repairs through authorized service partners at brand-approved rates. Customers will be informed of estimated charges before proceeding.
