Fees & Commission
Selling on Shopezy is completely free.
We do not charge:
- Registration Fees
- Listing Fees
- Monthly Fees
- Sales Commission
- Marketing Fees
- Advertising Charges
When an order is confirmed, Shopezy purchases the product directly from you based on the agreed price.
Payment terms will be discussed during registration.
Price Updates
To keep prices accurate for customers, partners should update product prices whenever there is a change.
If prices are not updated, Shopezy may temporarily stop listing the product until the latest pricing is received.
Orders & Stock
When an order is received:
- Our team will contact you immediately.
- Please confirm product availability.
- Arrange the product as soon as possible.
- Shopezy will handle delivery to the customer.
Partners should only confirm products that are available. Frequent stock issues may affect product visibility on Shopezy.
Marketing
You don’t need to spend money on advertising.
Our team will:
- List your products
- Create product pages
- Run marketing campaigns
- Promote your products across our platforms
Your only responsibility is to provide the product once an order is confirmed.
Warranty Support
Customer trust is our priority.
Every product supplied through Shopezy must include warranty support.
Partners are responsible for:
- Supporting warranty claims
- Providing replacement products when required
- Responding to warranty requests promptly
Products without warranty support will not be accepted.
If a defective product is reported, the partner should provide support within 2 working days whenever possible to avoid customer delays.
Product Requirements
All products supplied to Shopezy must be:
- 100% Genuine
- Brand New (unless agreed otherwise)
- Complete with all standard accessories
- Properly packed
- Supported with a valid invoice when requested
Counterfeit or replica products are strictly prohibited.
Who Can Join?
Any UAE business can apply if you have:
- Valid UAE Trade License
- VAT Registration (if applicable)
- Genuine Products
- Ability to provide warranty support
- Business located anywhere in the UAE
Required Documents
To register, please prepare:
- Trade License
- VAT Certificate (if applicable)
- Emirates ID of the Contact Person
- Contact Details
- Company Information
Additional documents may be requested during verification.
Product Images
If you are selling your own brand, please provide:
- High-quality product images
- White background images
- Product specifications
- Product descriptions (if available)
If you don’t have professional images, simply send us the product. Our team can create the product photos and content for you.
Partner Selection
shopEzy may work with multiple partners for the same product.
Orders may be assigned based on:

Seller Agreement
Before joining, every partner will sign the Shopezy Seller Agreement.

- General operating policies
This helps create a transparent and long-term business relationship for both parties.
Terms & Conditions
By joining Shopezy.ae as a business partner, you agree to supply only genuine products, maintain accurate pricing, and provide reliable warranty and after-sales support. Partners are responsible for ensuring products are available when an order is confirmed and must promptly notify Shopezy of any changes in pricing or stock availability.
Shopezy.ae may work with multiple business partners for the same product. Product visibility and order allocation are based on factors such as pricing, stock availability, response time, warranty support, and overall service quality. Our goal is to provide customers with the best value while maintaining a fair and transparent partnership with all registered suppliers.

To join, all partners must provide valid business documents and sign the Shopezy Seller Agreement before starting business. Both parties agree to keep pricing, customer information, and confidential business details private. Shopezy reserves the right to suspend or remove products or business partners if there are repeated issues related to pricing, stock availability, order fulfillment, product quality, warranty support, or violations of the Seller Agreement.

Any significant changes will be communicated to registered partners whenever possible. Continued participation after such updates will be considered acceptance of the latest terms.
